This was another (mostly) action packed fun roller coaster ride. Although I didn't care for some of items on the food menu (if you read it you will know what I mean ;-), I enjoyed reading this book. The Spear team is probably the most dysfunctional/messed up group of hero's outside of the Guardians of the Galaxy but I think that is what makes reading about them so much fun! If you have read the previous Matt Drake books and liked them, you will probably like this one!Product details

Just finished Matt Drake 15 about the Incas.another fine read,I just wish someone would make a movie of one of them
As usual the descriptions in this book really put me into the book and the scenes. I can really see the people and places described. They make me want to read his books.
The Spear Team are my favorite good guys. Matt Drake 15 has left me wanting more, as with David Leadbeater's other books. The characters come together like real world friends. They argue, love and care about each other. They have become my family. I can't wait for #16!
This series takes part in interesting settings. Characters are well developed. a number of editing errors in this book.
both my husband and i read these books in sequence it has gotten more difficult with 2-3 interwoven series. but worth the effort. always ready for next book.
Holey moley people eating people one of the world's biggest taboos talk about scary but gee what a great read this novel was I really enjoyed it and then finding all that treasure as well in some guys house of horrors.
Mr. Leadbeater definitely went to the dark side on this one. There are few topics that cause the types (uncomfortable & aghast) of emotions
the characters went through in this story. After 14-previous books, the characters, although, human, have not had to deal with anything close
to what they had to deal with in Book 15. I will admit to being a bit uncomfortable at times but give Mr. Leadbeater credit for another well written story regarding the SPEAR Team.
A different twist on a dynamic action-packed Drake and Company encounter with an evil cult in the Andes mountains of Peru. Our favorite heroes help liberate the mountain folk from a cannibal leader with access to untold ancient riches and political influence. Weber's enigmatic statements about the team members start reveling their true nature. Only two more to go...
